... my baby driveth ...

That's right, my baby, my 16 1/2-year-old-taller-than-me baby finally decided to take the written exam for his permit today. He passed, of course, and will be elligable for his driving test and full license on his 17th birthday, a day they just happen to do testing...

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY LITTLE BOY???

Peace Out,

16 is eligible for a driver's license in my state. And the state I grew up in. And all the other states I lived in between.

What state are you in?

Kentucky. You have to be 16 to take the written. Then you have your permit for six months, then you can take the driving test for your restricted (1 non-family member in car, can't drive between certain hours at night, etc), after six months you get your full license.
