Forcing Obama's Full Birth Certificate

I realize that a lot of people are tired of this. Many feel it's time to let it go. Here's the problem with that type of thinking...Obama has NEVER proven he was eligible to be President, but McCain was forced to.

In what ultimately could prove to be a turning point in the legal challenges to Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, a federal judge in California has planned a hearing on the merits of a federal court case raising those questions.

The judge said as a former Marine he recognizes the importance of having a constitutionally qualified president. ***Ooooooo-Rah!!!***

While no attorneys appeared on Obama's behalf, several members of the U.S. Attorney's office in California were in attendance, and sought to intervene on behalf of Obama over his actions before becoming president. ***Nice to know that Obama didn't even bother to send representation.***

Complicating the situation is Obama's decision to spend sums estimated in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest all of the questions. ***A man spending that much to keep a single document hidden from public view has something to hide!***
The "Certification of Live Birth" posted online and widely touted as "Obama's birth certificate" does not in any way prove he was born in Hawaii, since the same "short-form" document is easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii. The true "long-form" birth certificate – which includes information such as the name of the birth hospital and attending physician – is the only document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii, but to date he has not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny. ***I realize this is far fetched and I mean it as a joke, but wouldn't it be funny to find out that Obama was an illegal? HA!***

Oddly, though congressional hearings were held to determine whether Sen. John McCain was constitutionally eligible to be president as a "natural born citizen," no controlling legal authority ever sought to verify Obama's claim to a Hawaiian birth. ***McCain, a highly decorated and respected veteran is investigated, but Obama isn't.***
Pennsylvania Democrat Philip Berg has three cases pending, including...Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, (now dismissed) brought on behalf of a retired military member who could be facing recall to active duty by Obama. ***Didn't King David once send someone he wanted to get of into battle...and then see to it that he was killed...?***

Now I pose a few questions...

If it is indeed shown that Obama wasn't eligible, does McCain then become President? If Obama wasn't eligible, then he couldn't have won President.

And Biden couldn't have won Vice-President either.

What about the appointments he's made? All erroneous. And his budget...and his spending packages...his policies? All erroneous. Do they get erased from the books? I know we can't get all of the money back, but the Czars could be removed, banks could become private again, GM and the UAW could be forced to work something out.

And his PRIVATE trips on Air Force One? Will he be forced to pay for them?

I must admit that I'm fascinated by all of the possibilities!!!
