You know, the government needs to step out of the business of bailouts and let the market correct itself. Know why they won't? Because if these companies go out the union workers have no job. They're a big liberal voting block. They loose their jobs, they stop voting for liberals in office.
Look, these companies wouldn't be in so much trouble if it wasn't for the unions to begin with. If you want to make more money, then you need to EARN a raise and not depend upon your union to get it for you. You want to be prepared for retirement? Then be responsible for YOURSELF!
Anyone looking for a new vehicle? No you say? Can't afford it? Doesn't matter, you'll be paying for one anyway if the bailout goes through. Go thank the auto union for it...

I belong to a union, myself, but it's not by choice, and I totally believe that their utility has long since disappeared.
In my union, the more money you make, the higher your union dues are, but do you think that'll get you better service if you ever go to them? Not a frickin chance.

Crowder, I know so many people who feel like you do. So do the Union Bosses. That's why they've convinced the liberals they support financially to pass a law that will end private voting in unions. When they pass this law, and they WILL pass it, the union bosses will go down the roll name by name and EVERYONE will know how each person votes. Talk about strong arming!!!
