When It Comes to Guns, WE'RE NUMBER 1!
GENEVA (Aug. 28) - The United States has 90 guns for every 100 citizens, making it the most heavily armed society in the world, a report released on Tuesday said.
U.S. citizens own 270 million of the world's 875 million known firearms, according to the Small Arms Survey 2007 by the Geneva-based Graduate Institute of International Studies. About 4.5 million of the 8 million new guns manufactured worldwide each year are purchased in the United States, it said.
Only about 12 percent of civilian weapons are thought to be registered with authorities.
GO, USA!!!!

OK... now I'm scared.
I'm not! In fact, it has encouraged me...TO BUY SOME MORE GUNS!!!
And not register them, of course...
well arnt we a shooting up good time!!!!!
Ah Krystal...you're talking about something coming up on the next broadcast. We think alike...scary?
Also, I plan on buying two more handguns before the 2008 election...just in case Hillary gets in. But she'd probably want to take them.
Barney, oh heck yeah! I like to drink me a couple six packs an' go out shootin' myself...
Batman, not only is it scary that we both think alike on most political issues, and that we both plan on purchasing more guns before the election (I'm not registering mine...you?), but we both homeschool as well.
Every.
Liberal's.
Nightmare!
